Your Company has recently repaired my Powerkaddy Golf Trolley.

Hillbilly problems 

I experienced problems with my trolley which could have been related to a number of components. I arranged a time to visit you, when I expected to leave it with you. I was delighted that you commenced work whilst I waited and you identified and changed the faulty control switch. You also lubricated wheels and replaced a pair of missing screws. Finally you checked on the condition of two batteries and a charger.
 
Your immediate attention saved me a second significant journey and also my planned hire, whilst I was without my trolley. 
 
I have now used the trolley again, which runs considerably better than it has for some time.

Just a note to say thank you for the excellent service you provided for me last Thursday.
I rang you in the morning believing I had a faulty battery (only 7 months old) . We arranged that I could bring it to you  that afternoon for the battery to be checked. When I arrived you checked the battery and gave it a clean bill of health and although you were busy with other repairs you kindly said that if I could give you an hour you would check out the trolley.  On my return you had corrected the faulty part and had serviced my trolley. 
 
I appreciated the very professional and sympathetic manner in which you dealt with my problem and your friendliness and flexibility in solving my problem was truly customer service at it's best!!

I told my golf pro about my problems and he advised me to contact Golf Trolley Repairshop, the local Motocaddy Agent.
 
The rest is history as they say, I contacted them , delivered my trolley, battery and charger to them same day for testing. Later that day I was contacted and informed that my trolley was now fully operational with both a new motor and control box being fitted.
 
I collected the trolley the next day and played golf without a problem, the trolley was back to being perfect.  The support and service along the way both from the retailer initially and from Motocaddy in an attempt to solve my problems, however, has been absolutely excellent.
 
A major breakthrough, was locating Golf Trolley Repairshop who proved to be my saviour, providing excellent customer service, attention to detail in problem solving and communication. I am and will be in the future recommending them to all my golf trolley user friends without any hesitation.
